This week Cantore wanted me to Say Anything about this movie...and I sure did! It was, you guessed it, Say Anything, the final of my John Cusack trilogy.

I loved the way it started of Lloyd and Diane actually liking each other despite their different perspectives and experiences of life. While Lloyd just wants to kickbox and not sell or process anything, Diane is a straight-A student heading for London. Her overprotective yet well-meaning father makes sure she knows she can "Say Anything" to him and he will listen, so you can imagine his reaction when she comes home one morning after making sweet yet shaky love with Lloyd!

What I liked about this movie: it wasn't the typical "Pretty in Pink" high school story. They liked each other, it was tender and thoughtful. We also had the infamous boom box scene that now I can reference at parties!

LOVED THE MOVIE and HAPPY TO HAVE IT CLOSE OUT MY WEEK WITH SOME CUSACK!

 My Score: 8.8 baby!
