Jordan Levine, a University of San Diego student, designed a blue-wave themed walkway for Wonderfront.

“We love music festivals, it was a dream of hours to build something for the music festival. Having the colors during the day, the shadows make the colors of the wave, but then at night it is lined with LED. I am really excited to see Miguel tonight, and then on Sunday an artist named Chrome Sparks,” he said.

“What is different about this than most that you can go in and out where as in Coachella, you are kind of in a cage and this you can kind of go from venue to venue,” said Rick Schloss, Wonderfront spokesman.

The weather was San Diego perfect and therefore many attendees took full advantage of the water taxis included in their pass. The water taxis transported attendees from venue to venue with beautiful views of the downtown’s skyline.
