Author of Tango with the Divine: SELFGnosis 101 illuminates how spiritual seekers inadvertently miss the mark
OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Many people long to experience an intimate relationship with God but have difficulty doing so. Sharon Quinn, who attended Catholic schools and nearly became a nun, now knows why. She says, "Too many people seek God from a judgmental place, as a sinner who needs to be forgiven. But the truth is we are mighty fine just the way we are … and that is as uniquely embodied aspects of God."
Quinn is the author of the new book Tango with the Divine: SELFGnosis-101 Spirit R&R-Bring Your Life into the Light! (Window to the World Publishing). She defines SELFGnosis as genuinely knowing yourself and having intimacy with God. She says, "It's a step-by-step process I created that you can find nowhere else. It can heal people's emotional, mental, or spiritual pain. It's kind of like a 12-step program but on a higher awareness level that's proving to be far more effective. People who go through the SELFGnosis process reconnect with their higher selves, live life more fully, have more clarity, enjoy healthier relationships, improve communication skills, and personally experience the daily intimacy of God walking with them in their daily shoes."
Quinn began developing the program 40 years ago after nearly dying in an accident in which she was pinned between her van and a wall. Miraculously, she suffered no broken bones or trauma to any major organ. Still, physicians said she should have died.
